The August Reset is designed to help families gently rebuild routines, responsibility, focus and confidence before the school year begins.

Every year, I see the same thing happen.

Parents spend months planning camps, vacations and summer activities... and then August arrives.

Camp ends.
The routine disappears.
The days somehow feel longer, and patience is definitely shorter.
School is suddenly right around the corner, and rebuilding routines and setting expectations can feel like the hardest job we've had all summer.

The truth is, September doesn't start on the first day of school.

It starts in the weeks before—when we begin rebuilding routines, setting expectations and helping our children transition back into structure.

That's exactly why I created the August Reset.
