Tonight, we are truly overwhelmed by the support, encouragement, and trust this community has shown us.
To everyone who voted, volunteered, shared kind words, and stood beside this campaign - thank you. This victory belongs to all of us.
We’re still collecting our thoughts and trying to fully take in what tonight means, but one thing is certain: we are deeply honored by the opportunity to continue to serve this incredible community and our children.
Massapequa has always been a special place, and we look forward to working hard every single day to uphold the values, traditions, and excellence that make our schools and community so strong.
More to come soon. Tonight, we’re simply grateful.

This election is about more than just two seats on the Board of Education; it’s about protecting the values that make Massapequa special.
This year, those values are being challenged.
We believe in strong schools, fiscal responsibility, academic excellence, transparency, parental involvement, and putting our community first. The future direction of our schools will be decided by those who show up to vote.
Please take a moment to review this voter guide, find your polling location, and make a plan to vote on Tuesday, May 19.
Don’t sit this one out. EVERY vote truly counts

For months, opponents have pushed the narrative that this board has been reckless with taxpayer dollars and irresponsible with legal spending. The facts tell a very different story.
The figures in this graphic come directly from the district’s final budget presentation delivered publicly on May 7, 2026. As the data shows, legal expenditures have remained relatively stable over time and, when adjusted for inflation, are actually LOWER than in many previous years.
Campaign rhetoric is easy. Facts matter more.
We believe taxpayers deserve transparency, honesty, and context; not fabricated talking points designed to create outrage.
Take a look at the numbers for yourself.

This podcast is so on point. Tim Ryan couldn’t have captured this sentiment more clearly. National elections may grab the headlines, but local elections shape our everyday lives.
School boards, town councils, and local leaders help define the culture of our communities, the values our children grow up with, and the direction of our neighborhoods for years to come.
If you’ve ever wondered whether your vote in a local election matters - it does. More than most people realize.
This clip says it perfectly. https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1AuoZxN6NF/?mibextid=wwXIfr

I can’t say enough about the support I received from my family and friends (many that are new friends!) through this endeavor.
Thank you to everyone that came out and voted. Here’s to another victory for those of us who wish to preserve Pequa pride!
Once a chief, always a chief.
