You should be flexibile to do Yoga- MYTH
Reality: Yoga accepts you wherever you are. There are no
rules, no expectations, and no judgments. Anyone can benefit
from the practice of yoga as long as she or he is patient and
approaches the practice with an open mind.
Why Yoga?
It can be a great idea to give kids themed practices such as yoga for the morning/evening, yoga for a headache, yoga for anxiety etc as children will begin to use yoga as a self-empowering therapy. It is also a good idea to give children themes such as yoga for strength, yoga for flexibility etc. So that they can work on their goals.
