Today we closed on this property in Bellbrook. We are very excited to have the opportunity to work with our Dayton Area students in this large space! This building is 5X's as big as our current Bellbrook office. The outdoor area will be fantastic!

Attractive, highly visible 7,249 sq ft commercial building on .773 acres in a nice Bellbrook location, situated on a corner lot with fenced-in grounds.
