KidStrong Mason is a science-based training program that builds strong, confident and high-character kids, from crawling through age 11. Baby, toddler, preschool and school-age sessions are led by highly-trained coaches who take kids through age-appropriate challenges and competitions in weekly 45-minute classes. Kids run ninja courses, climb ropes, flip tires, sprint and build the foundation to excel at any sport, while practicing public speaking, teamwork, grit and problem solving to excel at life. Kids rank up and earn extra in-class responsibilities like Class Captain. 96% of parents say KidStrong is why their kids are more confident.

Our KidStrong superheroes are putting their strength, courage, and climbing skills to the test alongside Spider-Man!

From climbing ropes to conquering BIG obstacles, these little heroes are learning that being a superhero isn’t about having superpowers. It’s about being BRAVE, trying new things, and believing in yourself!

That’s exactly what KidStrong is all about! Through fun, action-packed kids fitness classes, children build strength, coordination, confidence, and the determination to take on new challenges.

Because every kid has a superhero inside them! 💪💙

We’re excited to officially introduce the new owners behind KidStrong Mason! 👋

As we begin this exciting new chapter, we wanted to take a moment to introduce ourselves and share a little about the team behind the center!

👋 Marci & Alex are proud parents of two kids, ages 9 and 12. Marci is a pediatric physical therapist, so helping kids grow stronger, more confident, and independent has been a huge part of her career. Alex brings years of experience in business and franchising. Together, they’ve loved watching the KidStrong community grow and being part of bringing KidStrong to families across multiple locations. 💙

👋 Danielle & John are parents to twin 6-year-olds and a 6-month-old. They bring extensive experience in business and franchising — plus plenty of firsthand experience with the wonderfully busy world of raising kids! 😂

Together, the four of us are proud to be the new owners behind KidStrong Mason!

Having owned and operated KidStrong centers across Arizona and Las Vegas, we’re excited to bring our experience, passion, and dedication to the Mason community.

Our focus moving forward is on strong leadership, a dedicated on-site team, quality coaching, and creating a positive, welcoming environment where every child and family feels supported.
