The work cycle is one of the most beautiful parts of a Montessori classroom. ✨

Rather than everyone doing the same thing at the same time, each child chooses purposeful work based on their interests and readiness. This freedom isn’t random. It’s carefully prepared to help children build concentration, independence, and a genuine love of learning.

Sometimes the quietest moments are the ones where the most learning is happening. 🤍
