Thank you for the kind reminder …. These same rules apply at daycare.

Just a reminder since we have had several friends not feeling well the past couple of weeks.

When to Stay Home for Students and Staff of Mason Public Schools & Mason Child Development Services
(Note: The following school health procedures and guidelines support MPS Board policy po8450; po8453; and all MPS Handbooks.)

Please help us in our efforts to keep everyone in Mason Public School buildings healthy by keeping yourself or your child home if they are ill. A child or staff member should not report to any Mason Public Schools building when they have:

A fever >100 degrees; A person MUST be free from a temperature for 24 hours without medication before returning.
Vomited or had diarrhea in the past 24 hours.
Severe eye drainage or red swollen eyes.
A severe or croup sounding cough.
Severe cold symptoms or constant thick nose drainage.
Rash of unknown origin.
Remember, not everyone experiences the same symptoms. If you or your child are sick, be sure to contact your building office to report illnesses and absences and to receive guidance on a date for return to school. Please talk with your pediatrician and ask about getting tested if needed.

This years Christmas craft was so much fun! The Gingerbread people are personalized for each child ~ they are as tall as your child is, their “gumdrop buttons” are their ages, their eyes and mouths were hand painted with their fingers, and they have a hair bow if they are a girl and a bow tie if they are a boy.🥰 💚❤️💚❤️

We had an AMAZINGLY magical visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus. They read us a few stories, they taught us the Reindeer Hokey Pokey, and the Reindeer Macarena. Mrs Claus showed us how she makes cookies in her magical oven and they come out already frosted 😳 and we sang Jingle Bells and Rudolph. We had laughs and hugs and everyone got to tell Santa what special gift they want for Christmas. Before they left, they signed a book for each of our daycare friends. I highly recommend Mermaid Molly Entertainment LLC.
