Mrs. Brooke Ruffner and Mrs. Kristin Grote turned Nessie the tortoise 🐢 and Oreo the hamster 🐹 into coloring pages today for their fourth and fifth grade classes!

🍂🐢🐹 Nothing says a three-day weekend like cozy blankets, hot chocolate, books, and a little creativity! ☕📚

Our students colored their hearts out, and we picked our favorite hamster and turtle masterpieces to celebrate the long weekend! ❤️ These little artists did NOT disappoint!

Wishing everyone a cozy, happy, and well-deserved three-day weekend! 🍁🧡

Our very own Mr. Lance Webel came to chapel today to explain that weeds can grow at anytime in our lives, but constantly planting good seeds can leave little room for them to keep coming back. Ask your 2nd-6th grader about their own seeds🥕, and when and where they can plant them. Relate them to a Fruit of the Spirit they can focus on improving and watch as both the vegetables AND the students' relationships with Jesus GROW! ❤️
🔥Challenge🔥: We'd love to hear/see updates on your plants, as well as demonstrations of the Fruits of the Spirit. Mrs. Grote would love to make an spotlight post soon! Students, go see her in fifth grade with ways you've shown the Fruits of the Spirit. When your plants are growing, ask your parents to email her pictures!

LBA in Action: See You at the Pole ❤️

What a beautiful morning across LBA!

Main Campus students gathered around the flagpole for See You at the Pole.

From our youngest students to our high schoolers, we love seeing our LBA family pause together to pray for our school, our community, our nation, and one another.

There’s something pretty special about looking around and seeing students of all ages choosing to begin their day in prayer. ❤️🙏

“For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” Matthew 18:20
