We are excited to announce our new summer intern, Lexi!

She recently graduated from Iowa State University and recently moved to Belmond, Iowa. She was a three-sport athlete growing up and continues to be active. Professionally, she’s gained experience through a strength and conditioning internship at Ames High School, where she had the opportunity to work with athletes and learn the impact of quality training programs. Most recently, she coached middle school track in Ogden, Iowa.

Lexi is our 5th intern/summer helper since 2021. Our other interns/helpers have been: Makenzie Fessler, Logan Lursen, Doug Taylor, Emma Weiner & Sami Miller

Please welcome Lexi to North Iowa and we are excited to have her helping our athletes this summer!
