ok just signed contract for albert lea dates are officially october 5-8 2023

ok here is what i have for dates so far for 2023
June 2-4 Hopkinton Iowa
June 23-25 Old Bradford Nashua Iowa
July 8-9 Seminole Valley Cedar Rapids
September 8-10 Mason City Iowa
September 15-17 Osage Rendevous
September 29-October 1????(school days thursday and friday)
ill let everyone know what albert leas is for sure but in the past thats how they have done it. otherwise i have been contacted by event hosts for the others jerry

Hi Chris,

It is the consensus opinion of present, and former, Confederate command staff that Jerry Hewitt, of the 8th Texas, be named as the overall Confederate Commander in 2023. Jerry has attended every event at Old Bradford and is very capable of this responsibility. Jerry will run a safe and organized event from the CS side. As the first, and long standing, Confederate commander at the event, I have no hesitation in proposing Jerry for this position, subject to your approval and Jerry’s acceptance. I have known Jerry for many years and am personally pleased to acknowledge his leadership.

ok gang less than 2 weeks to mason city need everyone there . food being planed and im picking up ammo friday for the event. those that can see this please let me know you are comming .

Work day at nashua on battlefield tommorow starting at 10 am . If u can come for some time and help I'm going at 9 to help out . Old Bradford museum ser some there i hope .

Ok was just at nashua meeting it is still on June 12 weekend need union artillery

ok so as for now we have nashua in june weekend of the 12th we are artillery
big island first weekend of october confederate camp and blank gun
waiting to hear on seminole valley and a few others osage should be labor day weekend.

Next weekend the 6th potluck for 8the Texas Rachel's place 1PM manly
