Looking for a fun way to stay in shape or dust off those rusty gymnasts skills? Come to Adult Gymnastics!!!

This class is for all abilities - beginners up to recently “graduated” out of cheer/tumbling! Don’t be intimidated…this is a NO JUDGEMENT ZONE! We are just here to have fun and work on everyone’s individual goals!

They start this class with some stretching and work into stations that will accommodate everyone. This is a very laid-back/casual class so we just go with the flow.
