Big week at Voss AI Consulting.

Our founder Dr. Rob Voss was appointed to the Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development's Advisory Committee for Building Missouri's AI Talent Pipeline — one of about 30 people statewide advising on how Missouri prepares its workforce for AI. The same week, he was named founding chair of Northwest Missouri State University's new Standing Committee on Artificial Intelligence.

On Saturday, Rob delivered a keynote at the AI Prompt Championships KC Regional, presenting the "Two Literacies" framework to 100+ competitors and judges — why knowing how to prompt is only half the equation, and why organizations need people who understand how AI fits into process, policy, and people.

In between, we shipped PageForge AI — a tool that generates HubSpot landing pages in 60 seconds — built using Anthropic's Cowork, and continued adding to the free Voss AI Labs tool suite at vossaiconsulting.com.

It's getting tough to describe all of my AI work. This is Gemini's version.

Here's a stat that should bother everyone:

That's a $5.5 trillion problem. That's a teaching problem.

One year ago this month, I launched Voss AI Consulting from my office at Northwest Missouri State with a pretty simple idea: people don't need more AI hype. They need someone who can actually teach them how to use it.

Saturday, we had an awesome time of learning, building, and discussing how to leverage AI to the best of our abilities at the IIBA Kansas City Chapter's Hearts and Smarts Workshop. Four hours of intense, focused, upskilling on AI.
This wasn't for beginners. This was for seasoned professionals who see what is happening in business and don't want to get left behind.
