Join us for The Herb Experience at the Blount County Extension Office on Thursday, May 14 from 5:30–7:30 PM!

Enjoy a hands-on learning experience where you’ll explore herb gardening basics, learn proper transplanting techniques, and watch herb recipe demonstrations—including pesto and simple syrup for fresh lemonade. Plus, enjoy delicious samples along the way!

Unfortunately, we have decided to CANCEL this program for Saturday, March 14th.

We hope to host more natural resouce topics and events in the future!

NEXT SATURDAY will be our Tribute to the Wild Turkey Program and Calling Contest here at the Extension office! This is open to adults and youths of all experience levels. Participating youths will recieve a sponsership to JAKEs with the NWTF!

We will also be ending the day with Turkey Chili! Please register with the QR codes by Monday, March 9th if you plan on attending!
