Yale University is going back to requiring test scores. As you visit schools, ask for access to the merit charts with GPA only and GPA and scores. The school will use what you give them - if you do not give a test score, you may be leaving money on the table. Questions - call us 618-978-4731. Many colleges push for early applications to hit the goals that the school has set for applicants. BUT, it is better to work on your application first. Prepare and work on improving your ACT/SAT score (superscore), volunteer project, letters of recommendation, resume, and embrace the summer to create a well-rounded application. Shoot for Nov 1st as your time frame to turn in applications.

The change will restore a policy of requiring the ACT or SAT that was in place prior to 2020.
