Beat the rain!!!
If anyone wants to train indoors today and get a good workout in we are training at 430 at Blount Force Combatives, 1376 Wright Rd Alcoa . Learn some 'stuff' have some fun and get some good cardio in while mostly getting to hit me 🤣🤣🤣
Following BFC we'll be training in Hapkido from 630 to 8, a traditional Korean based self defense system, so more indoor working out 😎
