Guide school districts through onboarding, implementation, training, and ongoing support to help them get the most from our solutions. Candidates should have at least three years of customer success or account management experience, preferably in education technology, along with a passion for supporting educators.

🎓 Part-Time School Counselor Coach—Southwest U.S. (New Mexico Preferred), Travel Required:

Help build and lead a statewide community of practice for school counselors through professional learning, resource development, and collaboration. Ideal candidates have a master's degree in school counseling and at least three years of school counseling or coaching experience.

🤝 Full-Time Business Development Representative—Southwest U.S. (New Mexico Preferred), Travel Required:

Support our Regional Sales Managers by prospecting, building relationships with school districts, and helping expand Pathway2Careers' impact across the country. We're looking for applicants with 1–5 years of sales or business development experience who enjoy connecting with people and are eager to grow in their sales career.

When a major power plant closed in Farmington, New Mexico, the impact extended far beyond the local economy. Families left the community, but the need for skilled workers remained.

Farmington Municipa Schools saw an opportunity to help shape the region's future. Partnering with P2C, the district brought together employers, educators, community leaders, and workforce partners to design a shared vision for a new Career and Technical Education (CTE) training center.

The result is a community-led plan that will prepare students for high-demand careers while helping strengthen the local workforce for years to come.

What if a CLNA wasn’t just something you submitted… but something you actually used to make decisions?

That’s what happened in Chabot-Las Positas CCD.

Last week, Pathway2Careers and the New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED) welcomed educators from across New Mexico to the 2026 P2C New Mexico Summer Summit in Albuquerque.

Through hands-on learning, collaborative discussions, and practical classroom strategies, participants explored ways to make learning more relevant and help students connect their education to future opportunities.

We are grateful to our NMPED partners, presenters, and attendees for making these two days such a powerful opportunity to learn from one another and advance career-connected learning across the state.
