It is an exciting weekend as our Lady Govs Soccer team travels to Rocky Top Sports World to participate in the 2023 Fall Smoky Mountain Cup. We wish them easy travels, exciting games and safe play!

Starting next week - WB will host 20 different sessions for youth to come and develop their game. We will be going mostly on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings. It is set up to pay at arrival for each session so no worries if you miss. You will register at the first session you attend.

Format will be 40 minutes of games/development, 10 minutes of break for guest speakers, then 40 more minutes of games/development.

One week away! Join us next Friday for a fun night of Football on Mike White Field at Skip Murrin Stadium! Pre purchase tickets to dodge the lines! BCS employees do NOT get in free for this event.

Chris Houser was the “field guy” for the William Blount Softball program and baseball before that for 20 years. Although he started, as many parents do, just wanting to help the team, he has contributed far above and beyond the norm. Chris continued his passion long after his children were grown, and worked on his home away from home until he passed in May from Lung Cancer. His hard work and sacrifice was the epitome of The Governor Way. We will continue to honor him and his family in our program.

Shirts will be available at the gate for those willing to make a donation to the Chris Houser Memorial Field Fund. Limited supply available. See you tomorrow as the Houser family joins us to throw out the first pitch! 💙🧡

Winner HOSTS Sub-state, loser travels north for Sub-state. Sub-state winners advance to the TSSAA State Tournament at MTSU’s Murphy Center as one of the last 8 teams standing.

Big night tonight!! The Govs take on Bearden in the Region 2-4A Semi-finals for a spot in the Region Championship and a chance to secure their bid into Sectionals.

Tonight’s games are located at Karns HS. Govs Tip-off at 6PM!! Come out and support!!

Good morning everyone! We can officially announce that we are going to have a Mini Govs Cheerleading squad this year! We will have two coaches for two different age groups, the first age group of girls is 5 to 8 and our second group will be girls is 9-12. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.

Marvin Boring gymnasium will host the first round Region 2 - 4A Tournament matchup between the West Rebels and the #4 ranked WB Govs! We would love to have all of the WB community in attendance to support this group of young men as they play this elimination game in front of a home crowd.
