Early On - St. Clair County It fulfills a federal mandate known as the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Growing and learning are your child's most important jobs.

Early On is Michigan's system of coordinating early intervention services for children birth to age 3 who may have a developmental delay or a medical condition that could lead to delay. Sometimes, parents notice that their baby or toddler does not seem to be at the same stage of development as other children the same age. Identifying concerns can begin at home. Early identification of possible problems can lead to early help so each child can be more successful.

As month of the Young Child comes to a close we would like to celebrate our St. Clair County RESA Early On Service Providers and our amazing families. Early On is a home visiting program that serves families with children who are zero to three. In addition to home visiting families participate in community outings and social playgroups. Early On is a place for families to come together with providers to play, learn and grow.
