Hello Cougar families! Thought we’d give you a quick rundown of what we at the Lakewood Middle school parent group are about. We function differently than a traditional Pta, but we bring the same heart and passion for our school and our kids. Our main focus as a parent group is to provide support for the school and students. Every adult that has a student enrolled at Lakewood Middle school is automatically a part of the Lakewood middle school parent group. There’s no membership fee and there will be no spamming you with emails! Just look for a little blurb about us in the principal’s email that comes out every Wednesday.
Some of the things we are planning are Concessions for Sports, library fundraising, staff treats and dinners, and basic volunteering wherever we’re needed. If this sounds like something that you’d be interested in, we are excited to have you join us in our 2026-27 school year.
Just a reminder tomorrow is Cougar Days! We will have an information flyer available to anybody who would like one, we will be at the same table as final forms. Stop by, say hi!
