Build Up Kansas is in the district the next two days providing Professional Learning and Mentorship in our Builidng and Trades and Agriculture Education departments. Students are working towards their first credential today! Great things happening as we continue to strive towards creating student learning opportunities that impact both career and college readiness! Shout out to our BOE for their focus on building Career and Tech Programs that will enhance our student experiences.

Bruce Dierking, KNDY Radio and long time voice of the Bulldogs, will host this informational session, using the questions you share to guide a discussion with the athletics office and other activity‑and‑athletics staff. The community meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 26th at 7pm in the Marysville Junior-Senior High School auditiorium. The meeting will last approximatley one hour. This is not a board meeting; it is an opportunity for our community to listen, learn, and gain insight into the potential league change.

Submit your questions by Tuesday, August 25th by 4pm so we have sufficient time to compile responses and prepare answers for the meeting. Thank you for helping us make this process transparent and collaborative.

Excited to see the work our food service staff are putting into our F2P program with the new look in our JH/HS Cafeteria. Not only brightens up the area but our students have a first hand look at some of the produce that is served!

This past Monday, we were visited by a representative from Senator Marshalls office. They heard about our districts F2P implementation and that we were awarded the Patrick Leahy Farm to School Grant from USDA and wanted to hear about our upcoming Kitchen Renovation and year 2 focus areas of the program. Looks like they are planning a return trip in October possibly.
