From the garden to the arrangement!
Our Floral Class has been hard at work growing our own flowers to use in future floral arrangements. Over the past few weeks, students have been tilling the soil, planting flowers, applying fertilizer, installing irrigation, pruning, and pulling weeds.
We’re learning that floral design starts long before the flowers reach the vase. By growing and caring for our own flowers, students are learning the entire process from seed to stem while building hands-on skills and becoming more self-sufficient along the way.
We can’t wait to see our garden grow and eventually turn what we’ve grown into beautiful arrangements!
