The Digital Media class attended the Great Lakes Broadcast and Sports Media Academy at Ford Field yesterday. They had opportunities to participate in media related sessions, interview broadcast celebrities, get professional head shots, do hands on demonstrations, explore colleges offering media career paths and network with Michigan radio and television networks.

Digital Media students spent marking period 1 learning photography. They practiced composition, depth of field and manual settings. The results of their skills produced some amazing shots! 🤩

Successful competition weekend in SkillsUSA. Digital Media students entered Digital Cinema, Photography and Television Production. We had a busy weekend in Grand Rapids. I'm proud of our first year students for entering the competition. They worked hard and had solid competitors. The second year students in Television Production won gold and are going to Nationals. WTG DMT!
