Picture day is MONDAY📸

2026–2027 School Pictures

School Picture Day for Liberty Elementary will be Monday, September 14th.

We realize that this is very short notice and understand that it may not be ideal for families. Unfortunately, the timing was due to circumstances beyond our control, and we truly. appreciate your flexibility and understanding.Please know that there will be two additional opportunities later this school year for individual student pictures to be taken, so students who are unable to have their picture taken on September 14th will have another chance.

New this year: Families will be able to choose their student’s photo background when ordering online.

📷You may order pictures for more than one student in the same order.
📷You will receive an email confirmation after your order is submitted.
📷Photos will be delivered to Liberty Elementary and sent home with students.
📷Picture orders must be submitted no later than September 29th.

We have made a few changes to help keep arrival and dismissal safe, fast, and smooth for everyone.

Morning Entrance & Drop-Off Guidelines:

Car Loop Drop-Off & Pick-Up: Use the North side entrance off 49th St exclusively.

Drop-Off Location: All student drop-offs must happen directly at the curb in front of the school. Please do not drop off students on the track.

Office Visits: Enter via the South Bus entrance if you need to visit the main office in the morning for any reason other than student drop-off.

Late Arrivals & Gate Closures: Once the school day begins, the car loop will close and all drop-offs must take place at the main office. Students arriving after 9:30 AM will be marked tardy and must check in at the attendance window before heading to class.

Gate & Loop Schedule

Monday – Thursday: Drop-off opens at 9:10 AM | Pick-up opens at 3:20 PM

Friday: Drop-off opens at 9:10 AM | Pick-up opens at 1:50 PM

Dismissal Rules & Reminders

Vehicle Safety: Remain inside your car, pull up close to the vehicle ahead, and keep the line moving.

Student Tag: Keep your student pickup tag clearly displayed on your dashboard or passenger visor.

No Early Queuing: Do not park or queue outside the gates before opening times to help prevent traffic backups.

Campus Facilities: After school, please do not use the track for parking or stay to play on the playground.
