After more than three decades of owning rental properties, we thought we had seen it all, but recent events have proven otherwise! 2 tons of garbage in the home. In our view, the last picture might have contributed to this behavior.
PS: Our properties are managed by a professional firm.

Pretty sad you can’t even leave a nice home vacant for a couple months. The losers seem to find them. 😡

Here goes the neighborhood! Demo day and tree falling to make way for two new homes in Martha Lake.
