Next in our Lesson horse appreciation post series!
Not all lesson horses are created equal.
Some just go through the motions.
Others teach.
Sawyer — Godspeede — is the kind that teaches.
He brings riders along with quiet consistency,
holds them accountable without overwhelming them,
and shows up the same way every single day.
From the show ring to the lesson program,
he’s the kind of horse that builds real riders.
And we are so lucky to have him.

🐎 Meet One of the Crew
“Hollister”
Every horse at Central Ohio Riding Club has their own personality, strengths, and story.
Some teach lessons.
Some train.
Some simply remind us why we love being around horses in the first place.

🐴 Meet Fritz121 aka The Barn Greeter
Every barn has one.
The horse that walks over first.
The one checking pockets for treats.
The one who absolutely believes the entire property belongs to them.
At Central Ohio Riding Club, our horses aren’t just athletes — they’re personalities.
And honestly… we wouldn’t have it any other way.
