🌿💙 This Thank You Is Extra Special! 💙🌿

When we reached out to Salted Sands Landscaping LLC, we were simply looking for a local business willing to donate some of their time and talents to help us keep ASHA looking beautiful.

Their response absolutely touched our hearts. Without hesitation, SSL Landscaping offered to provide landscaping services to our school. 🌱

For a nonprofit school, generosity like this means more than people may realize. Every service donated allows us to put more of our resources where they belong — into our students, our teachers, and their classrooms.

SSL Landscaping didn't just agree to cut some grass or maintain our property. They chose to invest their time, their business, and their resources into our mission and the children we serve.

LET'S FEED OUR TEACHERS!!

As we prepare to open the doors for the new school year at the New ASHA campus, our teachers are doing so much more than packing boxes and moving classrooms.

They're creating new spaces where our students will feel safe, encouraged, celebrated, and loved. They're spending long days organizing, planning, lifting, cleaning, and preparing, all while continuing to pour their hearts into their own children and families.

If you've been around ASHA, you've probably seen them outside the classroom too. They've volunteered at our Gala, our Luau, Singing for Slices, community events, and wherever else a helping hand was needed. They show up with joyful hearts time and time again, never asking for recognition.

Now it's our turn to show up for them.

Over the next two weeks, we're providing dinners for our teachers as they prepare our new home. It's a simple way to lift one thing off their plates so they can focus on what they do best, loving and serving our students.

Some people come into life for a season. Others quietly become part of the story.

When we reflect on the incredible journey ASHA has been on over the past year Ji Hoon Kim is one of the people who comes to mind.

There are people who support a fundraiser, and then there are people who continue showing up long after the event is over. Ji has been that person for us. From sponsoring one of our classrooms... to believing in our annual Gala... to celebrating our Grand Opening... to serving our guests incredible food at our Luau... to volunteering his time as a judge for Singing for Slices...

He has never asked for recognition. He has simply continued saying, "Yes". And that is something we never want to take for granted.

One of the greatest gifts of this journey has been discovering just how many people believe in what we are building at Advanced Sacred Hope Academy. Ji is one of those people. He has gone beyond supporting our mission financially. He has invested his heart, his energy, his talents, and his belief in what we're building for these incredible children. That kind of generosity leaves a lasting impact.

Ji, we hope you know how deeply appreciated you are. Thank you for believing in our students.

As many of you know, ASHA is in an exciting season of growth! Over the next two weeks, our incredible teachers will be moving classrooms and preparing our new campus while continuing to pour their hearts into our students.

If you've ever met one of our teachers, you know they show up with love, patience, and dedication every single day. Many of them have also volunteered countless hours at our recent events, including our Luau at The Alice & Singing for Slices at DownTown Music Hall. They are always stepping up wherever they're needed.

Now it's our turn to show up for them.

We've created a Meal Train to help provide dinner during the moving process. Meals will be delivered Monday through Friday for the next two weeks, with a 4:00 PM drop-off each day. This will be for up to 10 teachers!

Whether you'd like to provide a home-cooked meal, order takeout, sponsor dinner, or simply share this post, every act of kindness makes a difference and reminds our teachers just how appreciated they are.

Thank you for helping us love on the people who give so much of themselves to our children and families. Our community is stronger because of you. 💙
