We are officially offering Community Engagement services for eligible individuals!

The FUSE Community Engagement program takes learning and skill-building directly into the community. Our focus is on helping participants build social connections, increase independence, and form meaningful relationships through:

🛍️ Shopping & Leisure Trips
🤝 Local Volunteer Opportunities
📚 Educational Outings & Unique Community Experiences

Who is eligible?
-Adults 18+
-DD Waiver Recipients
