Adrian and Ben went to the Mountain View Open in Hickory, NC today. They were both so impressed with the organization of our local DOJO circuit, and pleased with winning Junior Black Belt Grands (Ben) and 18+ Black Belt Open Grands (Adrian)! A tremendous thank you to Doug Armstrong and team for a great day of competition!

We had an incredible week at Ninja Ops Training Camp! Ninja courses, ninja crafts, some really fun games and activities, and an incredible demo performance for all the kids’ grownups to enjoy this afternoon!

And that’s a wrap on an incredible week of training for our team! They ran miles around Uptown, trained hundreds of sections, tricked at the park, and left it all on the mats this week!

A huge thank you to bewicheddiner for an amazing lunch yesterday! The trays of sandwiches, fries, and chips were wiped out!

This weekend, we had a fun Grownup and Me party to celebrate all of our youngest students’ hard work (not pictured), and promoted 16 students from our belt programs!

Our students work each week on not only learning new terminology, forms, and self defense, but also growing in perseverance, self control, and confidence. They each did amazing, and we loved getting to celebrate their accomplishments on the mat!
