That is a wrap on the 1st camp of the summer. These 30 students worked hard all week. Special shout to the instructors who worked all camp, taught evening classes and made some of their own classes. Blessed to have such a dedicated team who cares about helping our students so much.

Our annual floating heads pic. One of my favorite things we do at camp is use the pool for extra drag/resistance training. we have some fun but we get lots of quality training.

Amazing dedication and work ethic in this pic. These guys have done 4 days of tkd camp from 9:00-3:30. They have come back for their evening classes, and also did sparring class tonight. Evalyse and Miylah did multiple lower rank classes for black belt prep. all told these guys were in the building almost as much as me today...pushing 12 hours. And not pictured are several other camp students who still made their evening classes.

There are not many people ANYWHERE working on ANYTHING as hard as these guys are working on their craft this week.

We have come to expect it from many of our students, but still appreciate and are proud of them.

No lights, no problem. Bjj is mostly tactile anyway. Too bad our sense of smell was raised though.

And so it begins. These students will put in some serious work in TKD camp this week.

Great to get on the mats as students and train sparring w a world class former competitor and coach Damian Villa. and I were the by far the oldest on the mats, but we enjoyed the workout. Thank you to .club.martial.arts for hosting a great day of learning and training.
