December at Big Feelings, Little Feet 🤍

December was full of creativity, growth, and so many sweet moments.

This month we:
🏠 Built a giant gingerbread house together
🧱 Created fun Nugget builds for climbing and imaginative play
🚶‍♂️ Celebrated a big milestone — we have a walker now!
🎨 Painted and explored new sensory bins
🎄 Made handmade ornaments for our families
🐾 Welcomed a new furry friend — Waffles 🐱

It’s been a month filled with learning, movement, connection, and big feelings in little bodies. I’m so proud of how much these kiddos continue to grow and explore every day.

So grateful for our families and this cozy little community we’re building. 🤍

🅱️ is for Blocks, Balls, and Blue! 💙
This week we had so much fun learning all about the letter B! We built with blocks, rolled and tossed balls, and searched for everything blue around the room. 💙

I even made a special boat with wheels so the kids could take turns riding and being pushed around — it was a huge hit! ⛵️✨

We also welcomed a sweet new baby to our Big Feelings Little Feet family! Everyone was so gentle and curious, and we’re so happy to have another little friend with us. 💕

It’s been a busy, beautiful week full of B fun! 🅱️

We kicked off our letter learning this week, starting strong with the Letter A!
Through play-based learning, we explored the sound of “A” with hands-on activities — from apple-picking sensory bins to finding objects that start with A and singing our letter sounds! 🍏

We also celebrated our Halloween Party, and it was such a hit! The kids played fun games, enjoyed a spooky lunch and snacks, and had a blast showing off their costumes. 👻🕸️

At Big Feelings Little Feet Childcare, we believe that play is the best teacher, and every giggle, mess, and “A-ha!” moment is a step in learning and growing. ❤️
