The Class of 1977 Reunion committee met yesterday to narrow down the list of events for our special July 23-24, 2027 50th year reunion. Our committee tossed around a lot of great ideas. We will send the final weekend itinerary out to you and ask for commitments in the Spring of 2026.

We would also like to send a huge thank you out to the following classmates for sending 50th class reunion donations: Gene Gano, Faith Ruble, Scott Roberts, Scott Roach, Linda Streaty, Tim Kackley, Joe Butcher, Lisa Clites, Becky Sutherland, and Kathy Morgan.

As you are aware, a Fulton L. Walker, Jr. Scholarship Fund has been formally established with the Eastern West Virginia community Foundation located in Martinsburg, WV.

The Eastern West Virginia Community Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was founded in 1995 to serve Jefferson, Berkeley, Morgan, Hampshire and Hardy counties. It provides financial stewardship for more than 210 endowment funds, holds $20 million in assets, and distributes more than $600,000 in annual grants and scholarships to local nonprofit organizations and college-bound students. Martin Street, Suite 4, Martinsburg, WV 25401. When sending a donation, please write Fulton L. Walker Jr. Scholarship Fund in the memo line of your check.

With the scholarship fund now reality, we are currently in the ramp-up stage of organizing a Fulton L. Walker, Jr. Golf tournament as a fundraiser event. The event will be held at the Locust Hill Golf Club in Charlestown, WV. on Mat 5, 2017

Dear Class of 1977,
It’s been 35 years since we graduated from high school. That’s right…I said 35 years. Now, if you didn’t come to the first couple of reunions I will give you a pass. We have all entered the half century mark and because of that there is no reason now to miss any reunion from here on out.
I am in the process of taking care of our weekend and need your input. Please fill out the informational section below. I would really like to deal from here on out with email. It’s quick and easy. I would also like to have a webpage for our class. I will have one done asap. That way we can post everything on it along with anything you want to post also. Great way to stay connected from here on out.
If you know of a classmate that has not been contacted please have them either call me or email me with their information. I would like to see everybody. No excuses. I am 52, gray haired, overweight, and getting shorter every year and I want to see you no matter what!!
