📣 WE’RE HIRING IN MORGAN COUNTY! 📣

EPIC Early Head Start is looking for dedicated, compassionate professionals to join our team in Morgan County! 💙

We currently have two full-time opportunities available:

👶 Early Head Start Family Advocate 1

High school diploma/GED required
Credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or a related field required within 18 months of hire
Full-time, 240 days per fiscal year
Experience with expectant mothers and families of infants/toddlers is a plus

🌟 Early Head Start Family Advocate 2

Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or a related field required
Full-time, 240 days per fiscal year
Includes mentorship, leadership, and networking responsibilities
Experience with expectant mothers and families of infants/toddlers is a plus

Both positions offer the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children and families, connect families with community resources, support parent engagement, and be part of a collaborative Early Head Start team.

🚗 A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Travel reimbursement is included.
