Happy Friday! We are wrapping our 2nd week of safety presentations across Berkeley County Schools. This week began the primary school presentations which means some very special guests have joined the fun. πŸŽ‰ We have McGruff the Crime Dog, Safety Pup and a new face this year - Plury from iReady! 🐢
The students are really enjoying the assemblies and our local law enforcement partners continue to show up for our students. The shining stars and heart of our presentations continue to be our outstanding high school students who we can just not say enough good things about! πŸ‘ Kudos to each and every one of these outstanding young adults!βœ¨πŸ™Œβœ¨

This week began our full 3 weeks of partnering with BCS, local law enforcement, fire and EMS agencies and our BCS Safety Officers to present Safety Collaborative Presentations to 21 Intermediate and Primary schools across Berkeley County. This is a HUGE team effort and our first few days have been a great success. πŸ‘
Students from each feeder high school perform anti-drug, anti-va**ng, anti-bullying and "see something, say something" skits. Representatives from local law enforcement and fire and rescue agencies share additional and super important safety information with students.
This week we visited Potomack, Tomahawk, Mountain Ridge, Orchard View and Eagle School Intermediate schools.
Our high school leadership students are absolutely awesome and are the rockstars 🌟 of our assemblies.πŸ’™πŸ’›β€οΈπŸ’šπŸ§‘πŸ–€β™₯οΈπŸ’™
