Seszko International Taekwon-Do Seszko International Taekwon-Do is a Korean Martial Art of"Self Defense". Taekwon-Do is the key to a longer healthier life!

Taekwon-Do is a Korean form of Self Defense. It mean "Way of hand and foot fighting". We have programs for Men, Women and Children from the ages 4 and up. All Instuctors are certified by the International Taekwon-Do Federation. We have Beginner classes for Adults Teens and Children. We also offer private and semi private lessons. we also offer Self Defense classes
and defensive tactics classes by appointment
