Happy School Lunch Hero Day! Today is the perfect time to celebrate the amazing people who make our school a great place to be.

Every morning, our lunchroom heroes arrive early to get everything ready for us. They work hard in the kitchen to make sure we have tasty, healthy meals to eat so our brains and bodies have plenty of energy for learning and playing.

Even when the lunchroom gets loud and busy, they always have a big smile and a kind word for every student. They do so much more than just serve food—they make sure our cafeteria feels like a happy home.

Last Friday, the Westy Concession Stand was the place to be! We had the absolute pleasure of hosting our 3rd, 4th, and 5th-grade scholars who met their i-Ready Typical Growth goals for the year.

Meeting a growth goal takes persistence, focus, and a lot of hard work in the classroom. We were so proud to see these high achievers turn in their tickets for a special treat.

Congratulations to all our winners—you showed that at Westmont, hard work leads to sweet rewards! 🎓👏
