My Best Friend's Sewing Room "Sewing" seeds for future sewists, we offer Saturday sewing classes for kids and adults. Sorry, we don't sew for the public.

We host homeschool weekday classes, summer camps, and limited private lessons. Encouraging/teaching others to sew is our gift! Our sewing room hours are held during scheduled classes or by appointment only. If you are interested in booking a birthday party, would like register your child (or yourself!) for sewing classes, or have any questions, please email us at [email protected] or call Jordan at (706) 993-8819. Advance registrations/payment is required. Sewing is an essential life skill that also nurtures confidence and creativity. We are so blessed to offer this and more. Our Janome sewing machines are selected for their ease-of-use and speed control options. Sewing patterns are designed and curated by owner/sewing educator, Jordan Batin, to include sewing building blocks and more advanced techniques to keep students challenged. It is our hope that our students will someday hand down the sewing skills they have learned to the next generation.

OPEN SEATS in this Saturday’s Beginning Table Runner Class, 9/19, 1-3 PM. The $48.00 includes project materials, and use of our awesome machines. This is a great class for someone who has never touched a sewing machine before, someone who needs to refresh her skills, or someone who just wants to come in and hang out with other sewists and complete a fun project.
