Julia Linsteadt is a papercutting artist, mother, and art teacher. She believes creativity is the solution to the majority our troubles, and the best way to find enjoyment in our lives. She started CutOuts Studio as a way to promote her own artwork, and soon found she was advocating for more art in our communities.
