Healthcare workers and caregivers, please encourage elderly patients and residents to drink fluids throughout the day. A helpful daily goal is approximately 1.6 liters for women and 2 liters for men, unless otherwise directed by their healthcare provider.

Offer fluids regularly, keep water within reach, and document intake when required. Small, consistent sips can make a big difference! 💙
