One simple habit can prevent a lot of end-of-shift headaches: sign out your medications and notes as you administer them. Staying current with documentation helps reduce discrepancies, improves accuracy, and keeps patient care safe.
A special thank you to Jen for always taking the time to teach our students the correct way to administer medications and the importance of proper documentation. Great habits create great healthcare professionals! Next class begins July 13th at 4pm!
