Westview HS Band Boosters - Martin, TN

Five Westview Band members spent the week at Murray State, participating in the Racer Instrumental Music Academy. They played chamber pieces, ensemble pieces, and took master classes. Outside the classroom, they had fun bowling, singing karaoke, and doing scavenger hunts.

Westview Band is preparing for the 2026-2027 marching season!

The band is selling peaches to raise funds for needed uniforms, music, and equipment. 1/4 bushel boxes (approx. 11-13 lbs each!) are being sold now until the end of June. Delivery is expected mid-July. We'll push out exact dates as soon as we have them. See any band member or director to order.

What a fantastic concert! These young musicians have worked hard all year and it shows!

Everyone is invited to attend the Annual Spring Concert happening tonight in the Westview High School gym at 7:00pm. Enjoy listening to music performed by the Westview Jazz Band, Westview Choir, Martin Middle School Bands, and Westview High School Band.

As many of you know, as part of Mr. Tucker's retirement event last year, we started the process of endowing the Mike Tucker Music Scholarship. If we are able to reach endowment status in five years ($25000), it will allow us to award a $500 scholarship to a student each year who intends to major/minor in Music at a UT School.

We have a unique opportunity on April 1, 2026 to receive some matching funds toward the scholarship fund as part of the UTM Captain's Challenge. We are asking for your support as we try to continue Mr. Tucker's legacy of Music Education long into the future.
