Have you heard of the CHANT program? CHANT stands for Community Health Access and Navigation. It's an integrated model of care coordination provided through the local health departments. Families and individuals are connected to available resources which may include reimbursement for medical services and assistance with co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance for children and youth with physical disabilities. Tomorrow’s the day! We are so excited to see everyone at our 2nd Annual Back to School Bash!

Join us tomorrow evening at Festival Park (Martin Public Library stage area) for a fun, family-friendly night filled with entertainment, community resources, food trucks, bounce houses, face painting, a DJ, a magic show, and so much more.

School supply distribution will begin at 6:00 p.m. inside the Martin Public Library Event Center for both pre-registered families and those who were not able to pre-register. Supplies for families who were not able to pre-register will be distributed while they last.

Feel free to bring a lawn chair if you’d like to sit back and enjoy the entertainment throughout the evening.

We can’t wait to spend the evening with our community and help kick off another great school year. See you tomorrow from 6:00-9:00 p.m.! 🎉📚

🎡 Save the date for one of the most heartwarming days of the Obion County Fair. ❤️

We are so excited to host another FREE Community Movie Night for Weakley County next Tuesday, July 28th!

We want to share a few details ahead of time so everyone knows what to expect.

🎬 Admission is limited to the first 200 attendees. This is based on the theater's capacity, and once those seats are filled, we won't be able to admit additional guests.

We know some families choose to arrive early, and that's completely up to each individual. We aren't able to reserve seats or guarantee entry after capacity has been reached.

Our goal is to provide a fun, safe, and free event for our community while following the theater's occupancy limits.

If you have any questions about the event, please reach out to the Weakley County Prevention Coalition directly. The theater is simply providing the venue and isn't able to answer questions about admission, seating, or event details.

Not enrolled in Healthy Families TN? Not a problem! This is a family friendly group that is open to the public, so come meet some local families and talk to our staff about our home visitation program! We want to be apart of your “village” and support you on your parenting journey! ❤️
