Martin Vitality

Hello Martin!!! Just wanted to reach out and let you all know that Vitality is still present, but looks a little different. We are offering private bungee classes and parties. If you think you might want to try bungee fitness, get a group together and send me a message. I would love to bounce with you!

Tonight I had the privilege of hosting Miss Zoey and her friends as they bungeed in celebration of her birthday. They had a blast bouncing and laughing, and did great!! If you are interested in a fun group event send us a message

Circuit Craze coming at ya in 30 minutes!! Still time to get in a 30 minute lunch workout. Martin Vitality is the place!! Today not the day? Message me and we will find the right time and workout plan.

Today at 12:30 we have a circuit craze 30 minute class at Martin Vitality. Circuit craze is a station style workout incorporating strength, cardio, and ab exercises into a rotating circuit. This is a great class if you are just starting your fitness journey or already on your way as each station is done independently and you can adjust to your level. There is always an instructor guide and it is offered 2-3 times every week. Drop in today and check it out. $10 drop in or $55 unlimited classes. Don’t forget we have bungee, rebound (mini trampolines), refit, Zumba, and barre!!
