The brothers of Phi Beta Sigma and Sigma Chi worked in partnership to read to the children at Margaret N. Perry Children´s Center.

We got the opportunity to share the joy of reading with the future generation of students, and express the importance of literacy.

That time of year has come once again. Ladies and Gentlemen, the Kappa Psi Chapter of Sigma Chi presents: DERBY DAYS!!💙💛

During this philanthropy week, the brothers of Sigma Chi will be tabling in the UC from 10am - 2pm. Every donation goes towards our partner, the Huntsman Cancer Foundation.

The Huntsman Cancer Foundation is an institution that is entirely focused on advancing cancer research. Every donation helps, so stop by our table and help us take the fight to cancer!

Happy Founders Day!💙💛

On this day 171 years ago, seven men of different temperaments, talents, and convictions came together to form a bond that would extend to well over 350,000 brothers across the sands of time. Founders Day not only allows us to celebrate those seven men, but it also reminds us to embrace our brothers and celebrate the unbreakable bond that we share with them. So, today we celebrate every chapter, every sweetheart, and every brother of Sigma Chi with the same fervor and passion that they put into the love that we all share for this great fraternity.

Happy Father's Day to the greatest role model a man can ask for, his own father. Our fathers teach us what we need to know to be strong men of good character, but they also teach us humility and how to have compassion for others. So to you, our fathers, we thank you for every lesson you gave us and every lesson you've yet to give. Thank you, fathers!

This past Saturday, our chapter saw the graduation of Brothers Bryce Garner, Logan Banaszak, Joshua Dickson, Cameron Thompson, Joseph Kovach, Carter McCoy and former Sweetheart Harley Gulley. They graduated with their Bachelor's Degrees on May 2nd, 2026. Also, Brother Carter Coleman pursued further education and graduated with a Master's Degree on the very same day. We are so proud of all our graduates and we know that the future is brighter than ever for all of them. Congratulations, graduates!

We'd like to introduce our 2026-2027 Sweetheart, Ella Self. She is a junior graphic design major with a marketing minor. Recently, she was elected as the Student Government Association President for the 2026-2027 academic year. She's also a valued member of the Zeta Tau Alpha National Women's Fraternity, University Scholars Organization, and Student Alumni Council among many other organizations. We are excited to work with her and see all of the wonderful things she'll accomplish in her time with our chapter!
