Our kindergarteners have spent time learning about their classroom, each other, and the rhythms of their school days.
First sounds have been introduced, students have been to art, music, PE, and library, and Mrs. Amy has been helping them navigate being âbig kidsâ now.

Meet CCAâs student of the week: Aiden Vickers!
Heâs been at CCA since pre-k and loves the color blue and SNAKES! đ
Math is his favorite and best subject and his goal for the school year is to finish it. đ¤Ł
We are thankful for Aiden and his family that has invested in and supports Christian Education.

A motto in Mrs. Sherryâs pre-k class is T.E.A.M. - Together Everyone Achieves More.
This is a picture that represents that motto.
As our youngest students learn what it means to âlove one another,â they are building a team that works together for the glory of God. Even if they donât understand that yet, the seeds are being planted so that their roots can grow deep in Christ and they are able to experience what it means to be seen, known, and loved.

Chapel pledges were led by Mrs. Meaganâs second graders. They all did a wonderful job!
We focused on what makes us alive versus dead, where we are to be rooted, and learned everyoneâs names.

Mrs. Meaganâs second grade made fruit salad today to talk about the fruit of the Spirit. They discussed good things to put in their salad: joy, peace, & love (raspberries, peaches, and marshmallows) as well as things they donât want in it-like unkindness (and a rotten banana)!
What a great first day activity!!!

Mrs. Sherry shared this âEach student holds a special place in my heart. I have also built "Amazing " relationships throughout the years with my parents.â
