I know we have covered this in chat threads but we will be selling the chapter properties to the University of Tennessee at Martin with closing happening on July 3. To our knowledge the plan is to demo the house, we have plans set in motion for retaining some bricks and the red door, but more info on that later.

The house has been mostly cleaned out but we need some help this Saturday to finish unloading the odds and ends from the house, there is some leftover furniture, trophies and just random stuff that needs to be moved out. Ideally with a few guys should not take more than a few hours. The yard is being mowed and Tristan is taking care of the tick issue.

Please anyone in the Martin area please come out and help. Things should get rolling around 9 a.m. on Saturday morning. The more folks that show the quicker it will be. Thanks!
