• Competition is for the biggest tree in the City of Marshfield regardless of species.
• Trees must be on private property inside City Limits of Marshfield.
• Nominators are to utilize the measuring rules of the Missouri Champion Tree program in this pamphlet by the Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC):https://mdc.mo.gov/sites/default/files/downloads/mostchamptrees_2015_app.pdf
(Nominators must measure the trees themselves or with help of friends.)
• If a nominator is unsure of species, best guess is fine.
• Nominators will fill out the appropriate fields on the form in the MDC Champion Tree pamphlet and submit to the City Parks office email at [email protected] or mail to Parks at 798 S.
