Congratulations to Ellyn! Ellyn was part of the Bobcat Soccer family and served as a team captain during her high school career!

🐾 We’re excited to welcome back a familiar face for the 2025–26 school year!

Ellyn Bandstra returns to the Marshalltown Community School District as a high school art teacher. Here’s what Ellyn shared about embracing the lead as a Bobcat:

"I attended Marshalltown Schools growing up, and my teachers and classmates had a great impact on my life, shaping how I view the world and the people around me. While at Marshalltown High School, I developed a passion for art and learned that I could express myself and tell stories through my work. I’m thrilled to be back at MHS and to help high school students grow in their artistic abilities, just like my art teachers helped me."
