🔬🚀 Marshall ISD hosted two ScienceMill STEM camps June 1-5. 🚀🔬 The middle school camp, STEM Quest: STEM Architects, was held at Marshall HS and the students explored chemical reactions and atomic structure, coded using pocket computers, and investigated DNA and genetics. The elementary camp, STEM Quest: Operation Innovation, was held at Crockett Elementary School and the students participated in engineering challenges, designed chain-reaction machines, and created fiber-optic constellations. We would like to thank Mr. Rush Harris and the Marshall Economic Development Corporation, for sponsoring our camps. (Camps were coordinated by Melissa Hammers and taught by Marjorie Bray, Jessica Shans, Tia Gronwald, Michelle Hagins, Brittany Hagins and Brenda Moreno.)
