Some friendships begin on the Hill and last a lifetime.
ETBU best friends Heidi (Dishman) Young (’07), Katy (Dison) Roberts (’06), and Dr. Christy (Shipley) Gipson (‘07) recently purchased a commemorative brick in the Quad to celebrate the lifelong friendship they formed as students at ETBU.
Their brick is a lasting reminder that the relationships built on the Hill continue to impact lives long after graduation.

🐅 TIGERS IN THE WILD
No matter where life takes them, Tigers have a way of finding each other!
Mark Penick (’02), Nathan Davis (‘02), and Wes Hinote (’03) recently crossed paths at a conference in Florida—a fun reminder that the ETBU family is never far away.
Once a Tiger, Always a Tiger! 💙💛

🐅 Move-In Day: Then & Now
From suitcases and bus rides in 1956 to cars packed to the brim today, one thing has never changed—students arriving on the Hill full of excitement, hope, and possibility.
For generations, ETBU has been a place where lifelong friendships begin, faith is strengthened, and God prepares students for lives of purpose.
To our newest Tigers who move in this week: Welcome home.
To our alumni: Do you remember your Move-In Day? Share your favorite memory or the year you arrived on the Hill in the comments! 💙💛

There’s something so special about seeing our ETBU Tigers take the Light on the Hill with them wherever they go. 💙🐯
To our ETBU alumni teachers heading back into the classroom: we are praying for you!
Every lesson you teach, every student you encourage, every challenge you walk through, and every life you impact matters. Your ministry may not always be easy or immediately visible, but God is using your faithfulness in ways you may never fully see.
Keep shining. Keep serving. Keep pointing others toward Christ.
Once a Tiger, Always a Tiger.

As our teachers head back into the classroom, we want you to know that your ETBU family is praying for you! 🙏
We are praying over the powerful ministry you have each day as you teach, encourage, mentor, and pour into the lives of your students. What you do matters, and we are grateful for the impact you are making in the next generation.

If you work alongside other ETBU alumni, take a group photo and send it our way, too! We want to recognize you, celebrate you, and pray for you as the ETBU Tiger Family. 🐯

F is for Feagin!
📸Before drone photos... there was this.
A group of Feagin Hall residents gathered on the Hill to create a giant "F"—a simple photo that has become a lasting reminder of the brotherhood built inside those walls.
Decades later, those memories are still standing strong.
Now it's our turn to help Feagin Hall stand strong for generations to come.
Whether Feagin was your home or simply part of your ETBU story, your support helps preserve one of the most meaningful places on campus.
Help us write Feagin Hall's next chapter: https://bit.ly/4qECQPX
