Support and enhance Culinology and Hospitality Management students’ learning experience at SMSU.

Our Culinology and Hospitality Management programs at SMSU offer students with great deal of hands-on learning experiences through three lab kitchens, a food science lab, and industry-focused field trips.

As a token of our appreciation, all donors to this fund will be entered into a drawing, and two lucky donors will be randomly selected to receive meal vouchers for themselves and a guest at the Mustang Kitchen—our student-run restaurant—during the Fall 2026 semester. Enjoy a delicious, professionally prepared dining experience while supporting the next generation of Culinology and Hospitality leaders!

83 days of growing in IL hallway only to learn that IL hallway does not have enough light for these greens according to our agronomy professor, Adam. Stay tuned for round 2 in Spring 2026 after we find a way to augment the light situation!
