MJHS Maverick Blitz

MJHS Legacy Week is September 24th-28th. Plan to participate.

MB Parents,
There will be no fittings today. Our representative is with child and was hospitalized over the weekend and is currently recovering. She is seeking another rep to due the fitting for us. As soon as that date is released I will let you all know. Camps deposits are still due. You may come by my classroom anytime during the school day or leave it in an envelope in the office. Once I have received it I will write you a receipt. Hope you all enjoyed your Easter weekend. Thank you so much for your cooperation.

Dance uniform fittings are Monday, April 2nd at 4:00PM. All dancers must bring a parent/guardian with them to approve the fit of the uniform.
Dance camp is June 22-24 at SMU in Dallas. Camp is $329 per dancer. Camp deposits of $165 are due Monday, April 2nd.

Pep Rally: There is no pep rally this week. The girls will be attending a private pep rally/assembly for MJHS Athletes. They will need to bring their black tights/leggings, Maverick Blitz shirts,
and poms to school on Thursday.

Football Game: The girls need to arrive at Maverick Stadium by 5:00PM on Thursday, They will be performing during both 8th grade football games. They be doing two different halftime performances so, they need to wear their Blitz shirts and black tights for the first game and bring their uniform to change into for the second game.

Practice: The girls have practice this Wednesday, November 1st from 5:00PM-6:00PM.

From Coach K: Wear your Maverick Blitz shirt tomorrow and khakis to school tomorrow. We will still be dancing in our uniforms.

Emergency practice tomorrow (October 18th) after school until 6:00PM. The girls will be preparing for Thursday's pep rally.

First home game of the season.

Dancers need to be at the high school stadium by 5. Hair should be worn down and curled. Don't forget poms and jazz shoes.
